We always send the batteries the same day as the order is placed, if it is placed before 4pm. Delivery time thereafter is 3- 5 working days, depending on how fast the post office is to deliver.
Most in-ear hearing aids can have the NanoCare or Cerustop wax filter. However, in some cases your hearing aid will have a specific wax filter, the best thing to do is ask your audiologist for the designation or part number of your wax filter, and you can easily search for it on our website. We sell every wax filter on the market.
The batteries we sell have a shelf life of at least 2 years, in unbroken packaging. We receive new batteries in stock twice a month, so the batteries you buy from us are always fresh!
There is no difference between them, they are the same type of battery. Different manufacturers may call them by slightly different names, but as long as the number is correct (in this case 312), it's the right battery. Another way to know which battery is the right one is to look at the colour code of the battery packaging. All battery models have a unique colour code, the A312 has a brown colour code.
Each hearing aid provider has their own domes that fit their hearing aid. Ideally, if you can get an item number from your hearing care professional, you can easily search for it here on our website. We have all domes from all hearing aid manufacturers and also in all sizes, we ship directly from our own warehouse.
Your order will always arrive directly in your mailbox, quickly and conveniently! If you place a larger order (20-40 maps) and it is difficult to deliver to your mailbox, it may end up in the post.
Shipping is always the same, no matter how much you order.
Most hearing aid batteries are 1.45V but in some cases a decimal has been removed from the print of the pack. So it makes no difference and fits regardless.
This may vary slightly depending on several parameters, such as how strong the setting is in the device. A Model 13 battery, for example, is usually said to last 7-10 days, but some people can have them for up to 14 days before they need replacing.
Many people ask if you should keep the batteries in the fridge. We don't recommend it. The hearing batteries should be stored at room temperature, but preferably in the dark. A drawer is perfect!
Unfortunately, we do not have a physical store, but we only sell online. But it's easy to order and we usually ship it the same day or the next day. If you need to return it, that's fine of course.
