Shipping

Your order is sent with the carrier you choose at checkout, the order is placed in an envelope and our aim is that the envelope will always fit in your mailbox. The checkout clearly indicates the shipping cost for the given order. 

Returns, open purchase and right of withdrawal

You can always return an item for any reason. We'll handle your return quickly and efficiently. We provide 30 days open purchase and otherwise comply on consumer protection in distance and home sales contracts. 

Payment

We use Paypal as a payment solution in the checkout, where you as a customer can choose several different options for payment method.

Delivery

Your order will be shipped the same day as the order is placed, or the first working day after. The shipment is sent by Post as 1st class mail, which normally takes 3-5 working days, and is usually delivered directly to your mailbox. In case the shipment does not arrive in your mailbox, you will receive a message in your mailbox telling you where your shipment can be picked up at the Post Office's delivery points. Larger items can be sent by DHL parcel.
Should your delivery be delayed, you have the right to cancel the purchase at no cost.

We deliver to all EU countries and UK. We do not take responsibility for deliveries to destinations outside the EU or UK, as the shipment may be stopped at customs and incur import costs.

Complaint

Should your order be broken, or incorrectly shipped when it arrives, we will of course fix it free of charge. However, you must notify us of the fault, via the "Contact us" link in the top right-hand corner of the page. We follow the Consumer Sales Act when handling complaints, so you have a 3-year warranty and a 1-year guarantee on our products. In the event of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of the Complaints Board.

Sales to minors

You must be of legal age, i.e. at least 18 years old, to shop in the store.

Personal data

Hearstore is responsible for the registration and processing of your personal data. When ordering, you will be asked to provide certain information about yourself. This information concerns your name and contact details.
 When you place your order, you agree that we may use your data in our business to complete the delivery to you, and store the data about you as a customer in our records as required by the authorities. We will also use your email address for mailings about our products and services. You can contact us via our contact email if you wish to be unsubscribed. You can also unsubscribe via the newsletter.
 
According to the GDPR, you have the right to access the information Hearstore has recorded about you. If it is inaccurate, incomplete or misleading, you can request that the information be corrected. 

If you pay by card or direct debit, you do not need to provide your personal identity number. It is only required for invoice payments when a credit check is carried out. Your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties.

The GDPR is designed to prevent your privacy from being violated through the processing of personal data. Personal data may only be processed if you have consented to it or if there is a reason to do so in the GDPR or other overarching law.

When you order goods from us at Hearstore via our e-store, you automatically give your consent to us storing your data. We only store the data needed to fulfil your order and as required by the Accounting Act. You have the right to request that the information about you be deleted, completed or corrected. However, we must store the data required by the Accounting Act as this Act takes precedence over the General Data Protection Regulation.

In most cases, you have the right to be informed, free of charge, that we have stored your personal data and why we do so and what the data is in such cases. You must write to us yourself and ask to be informed. We do not disclose any information about personal data in writing. Even if you withdraw your consent, personal data may still be held. This applies to personal data that must be kept to comply with other laws, such as the Accounting Act.
