About Oticon

Oticon is one of the world's largest hearing care companies, with operations in over 30 countries and hearing aids sold in more than 130 countries. Oticon is part of the Demant Group with a history of creating hearing products since 1904.

Oticon's vision is that hearing loss should not be a limitation. They do this by offering hearing aids with the very latest technology to create world-class listening comfort.

Oticon's hearing aids

Oticon offers hearing aids in BTE, RITE and ITE models. The behind-the-ear BTE and RITE models are similar in that the hearing aid rests behind your ear. The difference is that the RITE models have the speaker in the ear canal and so tend to be slightly smaller and more discreet. You can buy all the accessories for your Oticon hearing aid from us. We have domes, filters and sound tubes that you can change on your own. We have a wide range of cleaning products to clean and wash your hearing aid - feel free to test out with your audiologist which accessories suit your ears.

Hearing aid models
  • BTE (Behind-the-ear) is a standard hearing aid that rests discreetly behind the ear. Sound is transmitted through a sound tube with an individually moulded insert that sits in the ear.
  • RITE (Receiver-in-the-ear) a slightly smaller hearing aid that rests discreetly behind the ear. It is now the most common model of hearing aid, with the speaker at the end of the tube in the ear canal.
  • ITE (In-the-ear) is the smallest model of hearing aid that fits completely in the ear. Often these come as individually moulded inserts tailored to your hearing path.
