Return and withdrawal policy

We want you to feel completely safe when you shop with us. That's why we offer 60 days open purchase, free returns and free exchanges. On this page you will find all the information on how returns, exchanges and withdrawals work.

60 days open purchase

You have the right to return products within 60 days of receiving your order. For a return to be accepted, the product must be in unused condition and the packaging must be intact. This policy applies in addition to your statutory right of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal under Swedish and European law

As a consumer, under EU consumer law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the goods. Our extended policy of 60 days does not affect your statutory rights but is an extra favorable condition we offer.

Products that are used, opened or handled in such a way that they cannot be restored to a saleable condition are not covered by the right of withdrawal or our return policy, in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Free returns

We always offer free returns. In order to make a return, you need to contact us see the instructions below to get free returns. It is important that you do not send back packages without first registering your return.

Once we have received and checked the products, we will process the refund.

Free exchanges

If you received the wrong product or want to change to a different variant size or model, we offer free exchanges. Contact us and we will help you find a quick and easy solution.

Condition of the product upon return

For a return to be approved:

• The product must be unused and unconsumed

• The original packaging must be intact and undamaged

• Any accessories, manuals or extra parts are included

Products that do not meet these criteria may be refused return or replaced with a depreciation deduction according to law.

Refund

Once we have received and accepted your return, we normally make the refund within 1 working day. The refund will be made via the same payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that it may take a few extra banking days for the money to appear in your account depending on the bank or payment service.

How to register a return

1. Contact our customer service and enter your order number.

2. You will receive a QR code or Return Voucher for free returns.

3. Leave the parcel with an agent according to the instructions.
