VAT is included on all prices.

Payment
At present we offer Paypal, where a third party normally does a credit check if invoice payment is chosen. If credit is not granted for any reason, you will need to contact Paypal or choose to pay by card as no credit check is made in that case.

Delivery time
Stock items are dispatched within 1-3 working days.

Shipping
Your order will be sent by post, in an envelope, and our aim is that the envelope will always fit in your letterbox. At checkout, the shipping cost for the given order is clearly indicated.

Complaints and returns
The customer is obliged to inspect the delivered goods within eight days. If an item is defective, please contact us for approval of the claim and receipt of the return consignment note. Note! All returns must be approved by us and go on our freight contracts. We do not reimburse any other freight charges. Goods that may have been processed by the customer will not be returned. In the first instance, rejected goods will be replaced with new ones. In the second case, the corresponding amount will be credited. Replacements caused by wrong orders are paid by the customer.

Out of stock and restocking
If an item is out of stock, the customer will be notified and we will provide an estimated time for when the item will be back in stock. Normally, we restock goods that are temporarily out of stock unless the customer informs us that the order should be cancelled. It is very rare that our products are out of stock and our aim is to always be able to distribute your product.

Quotation and supply agreement
If you want to trade continuously or need larger volumes, you can always contact us for a quote and supply agreement.
