Domer can be used for ReSound hearing aids with a speaker unit placed in the ear canal, so-called RITE (Reciever In The Ear). This solution often creates a more natural sound as it does not block the ear canal. The solution is also more cooling and open than a conventional insert.
Cleaning the dome and earphone:
The earphone tube and the dome should be cleaned regularly. Use a damp cloth to clean the outside of the earphone, audio tube and dome. Do not use water to clean the earphone, sound tube or dome. The same process applies to cleaning UP inserts.
